I am a certified Business Coach (ICF and EMCC) who works with female entrepreneurs and aspiring founders across the GCC and Europe. Together, we build three things: clear strategy, practical systems, and unshakeable confidence.
Originally from Iran and raised in London, I moved to Dubai after spending time working across Europe, the Middle East, and the UK. I’ve spent around 20 years working in both fast-paced family businesses and large organisations. I’ve seen firsthand what causes businesses to stagnate: poor communication, lack of direction, and talented people working hard while feeling unfulfilled. I’ve also experienced it myself.
That’s what drove me to coaching. Now, I use everything I’ve learned, from corporate negotiation to mindset work to business strategy, to help women like you move from confusion to confidence, from stagnation to momentum, and from ideas to impact. Ready to get unstuck and move forward with clarity?
